TIG3R DEN Guest Rules Welcome to the TIG3R DEN! -We’re excited to host you here in the heart of Payson, AZ. To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone (including future guests and furry friends), please review and follow these guidelines. Cleanliness & Care -Treat the TIG3R DEN as you would your own home. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer -Please remove shoes inside if possible — dirt and pine needles love to tag along! -Dishes, cookware, and utensils should be rinsed and returned clean. -Dispose of trash in designated outdoor bins. -If stationary, please do not dump gray/black tanks yourself — contact the host for service. -If towing, tanks must be emptied before return unless you purchased the Dump Service add-on. Pet Policy -We’re proud to be dog-friendly! -Dogs are welcome with prior approval and the pet fee paid. -Maximum = 2 dogs under 60 lbs each (unless otherwise approved). -Please use the provided outdoor fence and dog beds — no pets on human beds or furniture. -Pick up after pets promptly. Waste bags are provided. -Never leave pets unattended inside the trailer for extended periods. Equipment & Hookups -The TIG3R DEN includes full water, sewer, and electrical hookups when stationary. -If towing: ensure your tow vehicle has a 2-5/16" ball, 7-pin connector, and brake controller. -Use only the provided stabilizers and wheel chocks; do not move or adjust jacks beyond instruction. -For generator use, observe quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) and refill only with approved fuel. Check-Out Checklist -Before you roll out or check out: -Sweep or lightly clean interior. -Wash or secure dishes. -Empty trash. -Turn off lights, appliances, A/C & heat. -Secure awning and exterior gear. -Close and lock all doors/windows. -Confirm tanks are empty (if towing).
