Our family friendly Jayco Jay Flight is kept in covered storage and is in excellent condition. The rig features a slide out living and dining area with all the amenities to make your family trip relaxing, so you can focus on family time and making memories. We have traveled extensively with this trailer and have equipped it to make travel easy. We currently aren't renting to pet owners, due to pet dander allergies since we still use this rig ourselves. *Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis.The rig will include a stocked pantry of cooking basics, a generous supply of paper products, and sanitized linens. In addition, we stock our cabinets with cooking utensils, dishes, plates, mugs, glasses, and mixing/storage bowls. We still vacation with this rig, so it stays well stocked. We are a family of four, so we keep board games and cards in the trailer for rainy days.Aside from interior extras, we include all you need for a great family trip. Items for your use include; 22' Blackstone griddle with stand, outdoor portable fan for summer months, 4 foldable camping chairs, 4 beach towels, lanterns, picnic table coverings, and misc. campside extras.

We maintain a smoke free trailer and are diligent about keeping our equipment clean for our renters.
We expect the trailer to be returned lightly cleaned: trash removed, dishes cleaned, floors swept, food cleared out of fridge, gray and black tanks dumped, and damp towels placed in the shower area. We will deep clean the trailer and sanitize all linens upon return, but if the trailer is excessively messy or there is more than trivial waste in the tanks, we will add a $100 cleaning fee.

What towing equipment is provided?
A.
We can provide our 14K-rated Equalizer weight distribution hitch at no extra cost. It slides into a 2" receiver. If the renter is supplying their own hitch, the trailer utilizes a 2 5/16" ball. Tow Vehicle must have a 7-pin connection with a brake controller.

We bought our Jayco in 2018 to spend more time outdoors with our kids. We have gone on two, month long summer road trips that wouldn't have been possible without the trailer. We have also really enjoyed the flexibility of loading the trailer and heading out on weekend trips to really focus on our family. Our kids are older now, so we really appreciate the time that we spend camping and the trips that we get to fit in between our busy schedules.
