Family friendly perfect sized camper for making memories. Easy to pull and still plenty of space. Separate master, full size bunk beds with a step to help kids get up onto bunk. Can sleep up to 8. Personally, I think 4 kids and 4 adults would be comfortable max! Sink outside of bathroom to make it convienent to get dressed while someone is using the bathroom. Lots of storage areas, including under the table seats, couch, front and back outside compartments.
Weight distribution bars included in rental as well hitch and leveling blocks. Basic cooking utensils will be Included. Coffee pot, toaster and electric griddle will also be included. All kitchen items are expected to be washed and dried before return. You will need to bring your own linens and pillows.
The use of RV toilet tissue should only be used throughout rental. Any other use of other toilet paper will clog the tank and will cause a 100% loss of your deposit.
The camper should be thoroughly cleaned when returning as clean as it was during pick up. A $50 charge will occur if not cleaned thoroughly.
Upon pick up, please expect a 30 min to an hour process to review everything.
