This Surveyor Legend is to top of its class!
This 37ft rig has 1.5 bathrooms that allow a large family ample time to get ready in the morning. The second .5 bathroom has a direct door to the outside and access from inside the trailer. It is advertised as sleeping 10 but in reality it could sleep 9 averaged sized adults and two young kids. The trailer is equipped with a second 13.5BTU AC unit in the master bedroom that makes cooling down a breeze! Master has a TV and plenty of storage along with a queen sized bed. The shower is roomy enough for me (6'1" @230lbs). Both toilets are porcelain, so you don't feel like your going to break a plastic toilet. It has a full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and full sized refrigerator. It has a leather EZ Glide sofa bed that folds out to a small bed (children fit) and a dinette that breaks down to another queen bed. The main living area boasts a 15K BTU AC unit that is ducted throughout the trailer. Both AC units are thermostat controlled for comfort. In the rear of the trailer you will find the large bunkhouse that can be closed off from the main living area. There you will find 3 bunks and a couch that fold out into a 3rd queen bed. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen and a large awning to enjoy the outdoors. This trailer can be used at a 30AMP spot or a 50 AMP spot if using both AC units.
