Our home away from home is yours to rent.Our 39 foot RV sleeps 8 adults comfortably with the 1 King bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. A bunk house couch that folds out to a queen bed or stays folded for a twin bed. The couch pulls out to a full bed and is very comfortable place to lay on to watch a movie or sleep. The table will sit 4 adults comfortably.Kitchen is stocked for 8. We also include cooking oils and basic seasonings as well as hand and dish soap/sponges. Pot holders and dish towels are provided as well.We include 6 bath towels and 3 hand towels as well as over the door storage for all your hygiene needs. (We will also provide RV approved Toilet paper - please only use this toilet paper)Twin bunks as well as Master king bed include freshly laundered sheets, and comforters.For all your outdoor fun, the RV has a 18ft awning and outdoor rug. We also provide 4 folding chairs great for sitting around the camp fire or in the river. Our Bluetooth radio allows you to play your favorite tunes on the indoor and outdoor speakers. Also has an outdoor kitchen with fridge and a small propane grill.Electric power source needs to be plugged into a minimum 50amp.RV to be used only at RV approved campsites. NO Beach Rentals OR Boondocking.**Insurance is Required through rental site for ALL rentals**Towing Rental:
Renter must be a minimum 30 years of age and provide valid drivers license and clean driving record. A 3/4ton or larger vehicle will be required to pull it as well as a electric brake controller. Brake Controller Must BE Installed Before Pick UP Time. (This will be inspected on pick-up date, and we cannot allow any travel trailer to leave without having a break controller installed and properly working in the tow vehicle.)The tow vehicle will need to have a standard 2 inch square hitch receiver. We will provide you with a weight distributing anti sway hitch for safe towing. The towing trailer must NOT be occupied by passengers while towing.
