5.0Host was great. Gave me a complete walkthrough of the camper when we picked it up. I'd never towed a camper or set one up, super patient and helpful. We broke a key and they didn't give us a hard time about it. Really nice camper, went from knowing nothing to being able to set it up in 10 minutes after a 3 day trip (we moved sites each night). Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
