No flushing anything at all down the toilet. • No smoking inside the RV—any evidence will result in a fee. • No pets—a $200 fee will be charged if any evidence of pets is found. • No climbing on the roof. • No festivals or tailgating unless approved. • Black and gray water tanks must be fully drained upon return—a $75 fee will be charged if not emptied completely. • Lost or damaged keys—a $100 fee will be charged. • Lost or damaged TV remote—a $80 fee will be charged. • Do not place the glass cover over the stovetop after cooking—wait until it is completely cool before closing. • Report any damage immediately. • RV must be returned clean—remove all trash and tidy up. • Inventory is taken before and after each trip—a fee will be charged for any missing items. • Cancellations 7+ days before the trip receive a full refund (minus service fees). Cancellations within 7 days receive a 75% refund for unused days. • Trip start and end times are flexible—contact us to discuss. A brief walkthrough is required at check-in and a final inspection at check-out. • Follow all campground rules and quiet hours.
