Penny is a great camper to spend time with family and friends and explore the great outdoors. Rent Penny as your base to go exploring and have a clean comfy bed to return to.Delivery is required for rental. We also require that you are staying at a verifiable campground or RV park and provide site information.Penny has a master bedroom with a residential queen-sized bed, two closets, and a sliding privacy door. Normas y políticas
1. Awning: Do not use the awning. A canopy is provided for you to use. Do not use the canopy in extremely windy conditions.
2. Roof: Do not climb or walk on the roof of the RV unit.
3. Toilet/Sewer System: Only the provided RV-safe toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. DO NOT flush anything else including but not limited to: feminine hygiene products, “flushable” wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, napkins, facial tissues, etc. You will be held financially responsible for damages to the RV’s sewer system.
4. Towing/hauling of the RV by anyone except the owner is not allowed.
5. Drop-off/Pick-up: The owner and renter will meet for approximately one hour at drop-off and one hour at pick-up to go over using the RV, set-up, and tear-down, hand over keys, and sign paperwork.
6. Early returns: If you would like to have the RV picked up earlier than the agreed-upon day and time due to illness or other emergency, please contact the owner as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
7. Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the RV unit and will result in a $500 fee charged to the renter at pick up.
8. Cleaning: The RV unit should be cleaned to the same condition or better than when delivered. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter if the RV unit is returned without being cleaned.
9. Storage Tanks: We will empty the tanks for you. It is included in the rental price.
10. Theft/RV Retrieval: If the RV unit is not at the same location that it was delivered to when the owner arrives to pick up the RV unit, the unit will be considered stolen and reported to local law enforcement agencies. In addition, the renter will forfeit their security deposit and will be charged late fees of $25 an hour up to 8 hours, and then a full day’s rental for each 8 hours beyond that. If the owner has to retrieve the RV unit from another location than the one it was delivered to, the renter will be held responsible for paying any and all

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup/Drop off is available Monday-Saturday between 8 AM to 8 PM. Sundays are 2 PM to 8 PM. Other arrangements are available per request.

Why do you require delivery and setup?
A.
There are way too many things that can go wrong with towing a 32 ft trailer. Let us take on that worry and stress so that you can just enjoy your vacation. We will also provide full training to you after setup.
