•Tow vehicle must be a mid-sized SUV or pickup or larger vehicle with at least a 5000 lb tow rating and be equipped with a class III 2" receiver hitch and a 7-prong trailer light plug. • Up to Two Pets are welcomed but you are responsible for any mess or damage caused by pets including any urine spots or chewing damage. • This is not an off road capable travel trailer. Any damage or mud indicating that it was abused and pulled off road through mud will result in deposit being withheld and the renter will be responsible for any damages. Trailer has very low ground clearance. Trailer should only be used in areas easily accessible by paved or gravel road. • Absolutely no smoking in or near RV. • $50 charge for dumping black & gray tanks if returned not empty. • Power Awning must be rolled in at all times when you are away from the RV or during rain, storms, or wind.
