Located just a few miles from the Phoenix airport, Josie is a great option for new and experienced RV drivers. Josie comes with everything you need so you can travel light and without mileage restrictions. Please read the full description as we do not want to misrepresent what she has to offer.The Build: Simplistic - Dinette sleeping conversion with storage under the benches and two position table. The sleeping arrangement is designed as two separate cot sized single beds with 4 inch memory foam. Bedding and towels will be provided. Small bookshelf and two drawer, two cabinet cupboard behind the driver seat with water container and camping stove. Kenai 25 qt cooler. 6 gallon fresh water container with spigot. Off grid solar electric system with 2x 100 watt solar panels, 100AH battery, roof vent fan, 2x 2 USB outlets, ceiling puck lights with dimmer and 700 watt inverter. Diesel parking heater with thermostat so you can control the temperature.Mechanical: The following mechanic work was completed in December 2022: full mechanical inspection, replaced all four shocks, full A/C replacement (compressor, condenser, accumulator and all hoses), brake service, front wheel bearings (left and right inner and outer) replaced, stabilizer bushings replaced, wheel speed sensor replaced and more. She is high mileage (~395,000), but engine and transmission have been recently replaced. We conduct maintence between all trips to ensure you have a good experience. On average she gets about 14 mpg. Full disclosure - Josie does currently have the check engine light on, but has the entire 3.5 years we've owned the vehicle . We are continually working to get her back to tip top shape and will update this when complete.
