5Great time. Enjoyed airstream trailer and how easy it was to pull and back into campsite. Host was very helpful and kind. Easy to get ahold of for any questions. Always responded within Minutes of questions. Highly recommend renting Again from Zach.

4Zach was very pleasant to deal with. My reason for not giving 5 stars has mostly due to issues with the rig. This is a premium rig with a premium rental price. For that price everything should be 100 percent and premium accessories. Mechanically Only one window worked. No handle for the grey tank dump. Seals need replacing or regluing. Locks need servicing. Hitch needs repairs. Generally clean but some areas need more attention. Lots of personal items in most storage areas. Having been an Outdoorsy host, the rig needs to be Hotel Room clean and neutral. Kitchen equipment was lacking basics Pasta pot, some kind of toaster (like a camp one $3), tongs, steak knives, cutting board, etc. Again, generally pleasant experience but top dollar rentals should be top condition and top equiptment. None of the fixes are super expensive but should be done to justify the price.
