It was a good trip. Prefect for two, sleeping was a little tight if you are over 6 feet but we made it work. Julia was a great host. We used solar power the whole trip with no issues.

1.) the gray water was not fully emptied prior to our rental.
2.) there was trash that was not emptied under the sink prior to our rental.
3.) the van was listed as sleeping 3, but we could not find the cot (and it was not covered in the YouTube
4.) there was old food crumbs and almonds along with a broken mirror in the side drivers door.
5.) dash lights would come on and off. However, the brake warning light check remained on the entire trip.
6.) the air conditioner should probably be advertised as an evaporative cooler. We have dogs and had to cut our trip short because the cooler did not cool the entire van enough to keep them at a safe temperature.
7.) we were asking a lot of questions on the first day as we had not driven a van nor a diesel vehicle before. answered with “All other questions should be able to be figured out with YouTube videos. Have an amazing trip!!”… and stated that you would message us to check in on Friday and never did.
8.) cosmetic interior issues, but we didn’t really mind those (broken window knobs, broken arm wrest)
9.) windshield wiper blades were not effective and were held by duct tape- and seemed to be scratching the windshield.
10.) be prepared to be asked to replace the DEF.
