Thank you Richie and Melissa for the opportunity to rent your RV. You made the experience so easy with your in-person RV use tutorial at the time we picked up the unit plus your availabiltiy for support during our trip. We had a great time on our vacation. This was our first RV experience and it was so fantastic that we plan to do this again. We will certianly want to reach out to you again at that time.

The RV hosted by Melissa and Ritchie is excellent. It has everything that you need and it's a good size for one family of 4. Ritchie gave us a overview of the RV before we began and we were off. We drove up through Sedona, Grand Canyon and Page. The RV is not too hard to drive. However, please be aware that there can sometimes be branches sticking out on the smaller roads and this caused some damage to the RV. Also, sometimes tree branches can be sticking out at RV parks. Ritchie actually did not seem to have a problem with the damage as he filed an insurance claim for these issues within 48 hours of us returning the RV. The reason for lower star reviews is that the heat stopped working in the RV on the last day. We rented in November so heating is required to tolerate the colds nights in Northern Arizona. We tried some troubleshooting steps with Ritchie but still could not get the heat to work. So we had to drive back to Phoenix and lost 1 night from the trip. It was not a huge deal but for some reason Ritchie blamed us for the RV heating problem once I requested 1 night refund (which is not too much, less than $200). The issue is now being resolved by Outdoorsy but it's unfortunate that a dispute over 1 night of RV rental could not be resolved amicably. I wish Ritchie and Melissa well but this heating situation could have been handled better.

I have dealt with outdoorsy many times, always a huge success. We have rented from Reggie & Melissa several times. They are the best people! Always willing to help and accommodate your needs. Our group's experience with Richie and Melissa's RV was fantastic, Richie was a ton of help getting us sorted with how to get set up and sorted with hook ups and general RV how to. The RV was spacious and surprisingly more comfortable than expected for our stay with two couples, we definitely recommend renting with them, we would do so again!

Melissa and Richie were fantastic hosts. They were super communicative before our trip, and Richie went out of his way to walk me through how everything worked so we felt totally prepared when we got to our campground. The RV was perfect for me, my wife, and our two kids—comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend!
