Road & Roof Restrictions: Stick to paved roads only. Off-roading, beaches, and unmaintained roads are strictly prohibited. Roof access is forbidden; any damage from climbing will be charged to the renter.
Awning & Generator: The awning must be retracted overnight and during wind/rain; wind damage is renter-responsible. Follow all generator instructions and never run it while refueling.
Maintenance & Fees: * Fuel/Tanks: Return with a full fuel tank and empty waste tanks (or face a $150–$250 fee).
Interior: No smoking, vaping, candles, or adhesives. A $500 fee applies for smoke/odor removal.
Returns: Late returns may trigger extra daily charges.
What to Bring: For hygiene, renters must bring their own pillows and toiletries.
Owner Rights: We reserve the right to refuse handoff if the driver appears impaired or unprepared.
