($500 Cleaning Fee will be applied if there is an odor of cigarette or campfire smoke). -- Pet Cleaning Fee of $50 up to $500 will be applied for any pet hair, stains or pet odor left behind. -- CLEANING Fee may be charged if the RV is not returned in the same condition in which it was picked up in. -- RENTER ACCEPTS RENTAL CONDITION "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT RESERVATION. -- X____________ Security Deposit will be collected in full and applied towards deductible for all insurance claims. -- Renter is responsible for all damage to the rental, missing equipment, and Dealer’s administrative expenses connected with such loss irrespective of the cause of said damage or loss or the negligence or lack thereof of Renter. In the event of any loss or damage to the RV, or any personal property or bodily injury claim, that occurs during the rental period due to any cause regardless of fault, including, but not limited to, collision, rollover, theft, vandalism, windshield damage, seizure, fire, flood, hail or other acts of nature or God, the renter is held responsible, and is required to pay the deductible -- THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS, AS AVAILABLE BASIS. COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED BY USING THE SERVICES OR RENTING AN RV. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED TO USER HEREUNDER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY CONDITION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. -- X____________ ***"HOLD HARMLESS": Elite RV Rentals does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons and/or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, power or plumbing. Nor will Elite RV Rentals accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather condition, natural disasters, or any reasons beyond our/it's control. If the RV becomes inoperable for more than 24 hours, our liability to you is limited to the daily rental rate times the number of days the RV is inoperable. We are not responsible for the loss of vacation, personal or business time, or any incidental expenses incurred by you as a result of breakdown or any problem(s) with the RV. X____________ -- Unlawful failure to return rented or leased property if the property is a motor vehicle is a class 5 felony. In all other cases, unlawful failure to return rented or leased property is a class 1 misdemeanor.
