5.0I would recommend renting this van everyday of the week. Easy to drive and super comfortable. It was our first time renting a van and we were new to all of it. Joe was very thorough and made everything super simple. We left the pick up location with comfort and confidence. If we needed anything during our trip he was quick to respond and help. Great van and an even better host! Book the trip!

5.0Phenomenal experience and highly recommend Joe as your host! ! Joe was incredibly communicative, detailed, and helpful before, during, and after the trip. He is very easy to work with and is a fantastic host. If we ever get the chance, we’ll definitely rent through him again! The van was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable and ran great!

5.0We rented Ely and took her on an eighteen day adventure through Utah in May. What fun it was! In the end we visited 7 National Parks and 2 State Parks, along with several National Forests. Ely was perfect in every way! Joe gave us a wonderful walk through before we got started to make sure we were comfortable with all her gadgets and we were on our way. She kept us warm when it got cool, cool when it got warm and gave us a perfect place to crash after hiking and biking some amazing trails in this beautiful part of our world. Joe even checked on us a few times to make sure it was all going ok! Great communication! She was stocked with everything we could have asked for and items we would not have even thought of! Service was beyond what we imagined. Already wondering where else we could go in this area so we can take Ely out again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup can be anytime starting at 12pm or later. We have an "add-on" option if you want us to get it ready for you earlier for $50, with adequate notice. Drop off will be at 1pm or earlier, with an "add-on" option for late drop off until 6pm for $50 so long as we are notified and agree to it ahead of time since we'll need to alter our schedule to accommodate.

Are there any additional fees?

It is expected that the tanks are emptied, fuel is refilled, and the van is cleaned prior to its return. If not, there will be a charge for us to do it for you. Dumping Fee: $50 Refuel Fee: $50 (Plus cost of fuel and propane retained from your deposit) each. Cleaning Fee: $100 Deep Cleaning Fee: $200 Please clean up after yourself. If you choose not to, we may have to charge the cleaning fee. If it's very dirty (caked in mud, toilet stains, etc. then it may be a deep cleaning fee.)
