#68 Adventure-Ready Luxury on Wheels – 2022 Radiance R-25BH

I was very unhappy with the initial experience. I rented camper #72. ALL correspondence that I received referenced the camper that I rented. I rented that camper because it has the amenities that our group needed! It was not until I was on the way to pick up the rented camper that I realized the email that was sent ONE HOUR before my scheduled pick up time had been changed. THAT IS NOT OK!! Even with that happening, I was disappointed but ok. The employee told me that camper #68 was THE SAME as camper #72. I believed her. It is NOT! She lied to me!! That is NOT OK! I specifically referenced the two recliners in the living space. She told me #68 has the same recliners as #72.. It DOES NOT!! Another difference is that there was NO ladder to get to the top bunk as in #72.. Again, NOT the same!! These were specific reasons that I chose #72. I realize that problems occur with campers. I understand that rentals sometimes need to be changed. I was told that the brakes on #72 locked up and had been waiting for repair for over TWO WEEKS. That is plenty of time to allow a customer to make a change if needed. It is NOT OK to wait until ONE HOUR before pickup to make customers aware of the change! If I had known in advance, I could have brought a step ladder for the individual in our party to access the top bunk. On your website #72 sleeps 10 people and #68 sleeps 7. That is NOT THE SAME! We only had four people. Those four people needed separate sleeping accommodations. Because I was lied to, the arrangements I thought were available were not.. Such a BIG disappointment! The service experience was great! We had an issue with the refrigerator power. I called to report it and received a return call within 15 minutes. The service provider stayed on the phone with me and then reached out to a tech, called me back and helped resolve the issue..
