Full queen size bed in front & jack-knife sofa in the slide-out (5'-6" long, 3'-6" wide suitable for small children).
Air conditioned - requires 30 Amp service
Full Kitchen inside, gas griddle and worktop outside.
Very clean non-smoking unit, with flexible pick up and drop off times.
Trailer is located in Pincher Creek - within 1 hour of over 30 provincial and national parks.
***NO Cleaning FEE!!*** In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in. All required cleaning supplies will be provided. Rentals returned uncleaned will be charged a $100 fee from the damage deposit.
***Please have the Grey & Black tanks emptied before returning or there is a $150 emptying fee***
***Please have the propane tanks filled before returning or there is a $75 fee (please provide a receipt when returning the RV)***
***We do not permit excessive travel on gravel roads or crown camping due to excessive wear and tear. Towing vehicle must have tow capacity of 6,000lbs and a trailer brake controller***
***small pets allowed for $100 pet fee***

- Queen Bedsheets, Comforter, 2 pillows: $25
- Single Sleeping bags (incl. 1 pillow/bag): $15 each- Pickup is 2pm and after, return is 12 noon. Possible to be flexible but this depends on our other reservations. If trailer is returned later than the agreed-upon time, there will be a $20/hour late fee withheld from the damage depositQué incluye- Hitch with weight distribution sway bars, stabilizing jacks & levelling ramps

Art was an awesome host from start to finish: quick and clear in his communication, flexible with our requests, and he delivered the trailer right to our campsite and had it set up for us. It was an amazing experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend!

5.0The trailer was very well kept and was stocked for whatever we might need. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable and comfortable. I don’t think we would have been taken better care of if we stayed at a 5 star hotel. He was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to renting the trailer from him again. Such a great experience! Thanks Arthur.

5.0We had a great weekend with our RV rental from Art & Amy. We had great communication before our trip and on day of delivery. Art delivered the RV and set it all up for us, and after the weekend came back and picked it up. The RV was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We would rent this unit from Art & Amy again anytime.
