Like new travel trailer with separate Queen Bed sleeping quarters with tv. Sleeps 8. Our trailer features an outdoor kitchen, 40” tv, fireplace, great layout with everything you need to have a great outdoor experience. Amenities include toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, paper products including plates, bowls, napkins, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. A detailed inventory is available upon booking. Qué incluyeLinens can be added for $75. Linens include 4 sets of sheets, pillows, and comforters. Bath towels, hand towels and dish towels will also be included.Delivery, set up and pickup available (preferred) within 50 miles.Camping chairs, cornhole and grilling supplies available upon request. Otros detalles importantes-No pets! No smoking! This will result in retaining your deposit.
-Please treat this how you would your own home! $100 additional cleaning fee will be added if trailer is returned needing excessive cleaning.
-If you choose to pick up (and do not pay for delivery/setup/pickup) then all tanks must be emptied prior to dropping back off. $100 fee will be charged for not emptying gray water and black water tanks.
- If you choose delivery and setup, dumping of tanks will be included (unless staying at a location without a dumping station on site)***** Eldora Speedway renters- We will deliver with a 2/3 tank of fresh water. It will be your responsibility to arrange for dumping prior to pickup (currently $30). We do not have a generator.

The Koon camper was fantastic. Felt like it was brand new. Clean and very roomy for its size. Cara was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this camper.

We had a wonderful, albeit too short, weekend with this camper. It is a very nice camper in like new condition with every amenity you need, and Cara was a wonderful renter who took time to show us how everything worked before taking the camper. The camper is also exceptionally well stocked with all you need to have a great time. Thanks for helping make our little trip a success!
