Delivery Only, no renter pick up.Charming trailer in great condition! Great for a couple or a small family. The dinette pulls out for extra room. It also serves as another sleeping option. We are centrally located in Arroyo Grande and will drop off and set up the trailer anywhere in 5 cities or Avila Beach. There are so many beautiful spots including Lopez Lake and Pismo Beach. We only do set up of the trailer. This rental is not for pickup or pulling by renter.Qué incluyeThe trailer will be set up leveled with pull out opened, awning out and septic hooked up. We require sites with full hook ups for septic. We have a rug set up under the awning , an extra table and empty ice chest. We will set up a picnic table with a table cloth and a propane BBQ. We will also leave a nights worth of fire wood along with super comfy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Our trailer is very family oriented, so we have lots of board games or children and adults. We also provide everything you need for cooking including appliances. We also provide a Kurig Machine with a variety of coffee flavors. Enjoy a muffin or oatmeal before you start your day. Plates, utensils and napkins are included. Linens and pillows are provided for Queen bed and sofa bed upon request for an additional 25.00.RecomendacionesPlease verify that the site you book can accommodate a 30 ft trailer and has full hook ups.Please note the following expenses:95.00 nightly fee100.00 delivery fee75.00 cleaning fee25.00 linen fee (optional)8.99 nightly delivery protection required by Outdoorsy.500.00 security deposit that will be released after departure if no damage is acquired.Otros detalles importantesThis trailer is for pre set up only.
