Outdoor Kitchen featuring sink, refrigerator, 2 burner stove and gas grill! Outdoor shower as well which is fabulous year-round! The fireplace adds ambiance and thermostatically controlled heat output. This unit is fully equipped and ready for you to make memories with your family and friends. It sleeps up to 7 people with 5 - 6 in permanent beds in 2 separate, private areas (bunk room in back, MBR in front both with closing lockable sliding doors) + 2 on the pull out sofa with air mattress. Private master bedroom with a super comfortable queen bed with plenty of storage and a flat-screen TV. The main living area features a sofa that converts to a full-size air mattress bed along with a blue tooth equipped radio with speakers throughout including outside & flat-screen TV. The table has plenty of seating to enjoy meals and games. Kitchen is fully appointed with a fridge/freezer, 3 burner gas stove, microwave oven, and a flush mount stone cast kitchen sink with upgraded pull-out faucet. There is a countertop extension as well and the rig is outfitted with a coffee maker, spices, cookware, cutlery, games, outdoor rugs, camp chairs, etc. The bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower/tub combo, under the sink and medicine cabinet storage. The second private area in the back features 3 bunk beds and a plethora of storage.
