We are located in the Tampa Bay area, a short distance from several gulf coast beaches. Our RV is well-kept and very clean. We offer kitchenware. We offer linen at your request. We may offer other supplies, such as outdoor recreational fun and campware, as your request.In our opinion our RV is a perfect size! 35 ft seems to be just perfect! It isn't too big and it isn't too small. We have found that for ourselves, we do not enjoy smaller RV's as much nor do we enjoy driving larger RV's. We find that ours is very easy to drive and park. It maneuvers well in small RV parks, gas stations and such.If you wish to bring a small dog or two please inquire. We prefer less than two small fur babies (< 25 lbs each). However, we want our furry four legged guest to be well cared for and house broken. For the guest to properly walk and care for their fur babies as one should. Not all dogs like to be on the road. Thus, you may prefer to let your fur baby stay at a pet resort or such if they are not a fan of traveling. If your fur baby loves to travel, the fur baby should be crated during travel. There is room inside for your dog carriers. It is your responsibility to ensure your fur baby's safety. Crating is a requirement during travel. Please show up with crate(s)/carrier(s) upon arrival. The shower does not serve as a crate. Please remember that leaving your fur baby in the rv unattended is not recommended. While fur baby in RV please do not forget to ensure proper air temperature (A/C & heating).We encourage you to also let us do the driving for you if within a reasonable distance. We will strive to meet your request. Please inquire for any question. We consider ourselves rather flexible. Your vacation should be comfortable, not stress.Our goals are your safety and fun. We have extra added safety features and conduct a thorough cleaning to strive to keep you and your family safe. We are rather flexible. Inquire for questions.Kitchenware. Outdoor cookware, propane grill and propane firepit at request. Fresh linens and beach towels available at your request and free of charge after your return of items. Indoor (various board games, cards, bingo and more) and outdoor games (Badminton, Horseshoes, Croquet and more). Supplies at request and within reason.More than likely our RV has the largest residential refrigerator. Which makes camping even more fun! If you are a fisherman you will love the freezer size.We are all about cleanliness. We conduct a thorough cleaning between each use. In addition, we will use UV light sanitation, at request. Linens are Clorox clean. We provide our guest with free cleaning supplies and gloves, at all times and especially since Covid19. We offer and provide toiletries. We have a first aid & medicine kit! Safety first!My partner and I work as a team to make scheduling easy and at your convenience. Let us know if we can help you with recommendations after booking.We feel that the 'dinette to bed' is not best for adults to sleep comfortably on. That the 'dinette to bed' is best suited for a single child to sleep on. (The queen bed comfortably sleeps two adults and the couch bed comfortably sleeps two adults) When we purchased the RV we were informed that the 'dinette to bed' does fit two adults to sleep on. However, we want guest to feel comfortable.The dinette table does comfortably fit four adults.The bathroom is small in size, thus it is less accommodating to larger sized folks. We do not recommend this RV for larger sized folks due to the size of the bathroom.The height of the ceiling in 80 inches, which is rather comfortable for tall guest.Otros detalles importantesWe take pride in sharing our beloved and well-kept RV.
