Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks exploring numerous national parks from Yellowstone to the Grand Canyon. As first time RV renters, we underestimated the wear and tear that would come with a 2019 rental. We didn't anticipate that the vehicle would have ~165,000 miles on it, with all the wear that comes with so much use. There was a hole in the wall above the driver's seat belt directly leading to the outside, causing a small stream of wind and noise to continuously blow at the driver's head. The driver's arm rest was missing entirely. None of the original leather on any of the seats remains intact, so everything was slip covered. The frame beneath the main bed has bowed, causing the mattress to cave inward. We had intermittent problems with sewage smells wafting through the RV while driving. And most notably, we were notified *as we picked up the RV* that the onboard generator was broken. Which meant NO power to the RV while driving (including NO A/C) in 100 degree heat. I do feel that the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. He also compensated us a small amount for the generator issue. Overall, we loved our vacation but would not rent this RV again.
