We recently purchased our "home away from home" to build memories traveling the US and to make our family more comfortable on Covid friendly vacay. Janis is built on the F450 chassis and drives like a full size van. Large enough for the fam to stretch out but is still small enough to fit into most parks.
Queen bed in the rear, bunk over cab, convertible dinette table, jack knife couch to comfortably sleep 6. Nice size storage compartment to fit all of your supplies.***I am willing to provide delivery and pickup in the East Bay Area (The cost dependent up specific location. Pickup/delivery fee applicable each way)***Returning the RV***
To receive your full deposit back
1. Please return the RV in same clean condition as you received it
2. With a full tank of fuel
3. Empty the grey and black waste tanks
4. $5 per gallon charge for propane usedIf you are in a rush and are unable to return the RV cleaned, full of fuel and with the tanks emptied there will be additional fees applied.
$100 cleaning fee
$50 dump fee
Cost to refill the fuel tank
