Driver Age: 30+
Insurance: "PEACE OF MIND" or PREFERRED
Allowances: 100 miles/night, 2.5 engine hours/night & 3 generator hours/night.
Fuel and Propane: Please refill the gas tank with unleaded fuel and the propane tank prior to returning the RV. Otherwise, you will be billed for the cost of the fuel/propane plus a $99 service fee for each tank.
Waste Tank Dumping: Please ensure the waste tanks are emptied before returning the RV. A $299 dumping fee will apply if the tanks are not emptied.
Pets: We welcome pets! Please obtain pre-approval prior to booking. An unapproved pet will result in a pet fee higher than $39 per day.
RV Cleanliness: Please return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition, free of excessive dirt, trash, food, and stains. If the RV requires excessive cleaning, a fee of $299 or the actual cost of professional cleaning (whichever is higher) will be applied.
No Smoking & Odors Policy: Smoking, vaping, drug use, or activities resulting in strong lingering odors are strictly prohibited. If the RV is returned with odors, a restoration fee of $1,000 or the actual cost of professional cleaning and deodorization (whichever is higher) will apply, along with charges for any resulting loss of rental income.
Late Returns: Please return the RV by the agreed-upon drop-off time. A 1-hour grace period is provided. Late returns without prior written consent will be subject to a $99/hour late fee.
Abandonment: The RV must be returned to the designated drop-off location. Failure to do so will result in a $4,000 fee or the full cost of transporting/towing the RV to the correct location, whichever is higher.
Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: Towing Strictly prohibited. Overheating, over-speeding (above 65 mph), or operating past the 8-hour daily limit causes severe drivetrain stress and will be classified as driver negligence. In the event of any mechanical issues, notify the owner and RSA immediately, renters shall not attempt repairs or modifications.

Fuel and Propane: Please refill the gas tank with unleaded fuel and the propane tank prior to returning the RV. Otherwise, you will be billed for the cost of the fuel/propane plus a $99 service fee for each tank.
Waste Tank Dumping: Please ensure the waste tanks are emptied before returning the RV. A $299 dumping fee will apply if the tanks are not emptied.
Pets: We welcome pets! Please obtain pre-approval prior to booking. An unapproved pet will result in a pet fee higher than $39 per day.
RV Cleanliness: Please return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition, free of excessive dirt, trash, food, and stains. If the RV requires excessive cleaning, a fee of $299 or the actual cost of professional cleaning (whichever is higher) will be applied.
No Smoking & Odors Policy: Smoking, vaping, drug use, or activities resulting in strong lingering odors are strictly prohibited. If the RV is returned with odors, a restoration fee of $1,000 or the actual cost of professional cleaning and deodorization (whichever is higher) will apply, along with charges for any resulting loss of rental income.
Late Returns: Please return the RV by the agreed-upon drop-off time. A 1-hour grace period is provided. Late returns without prior written consent will be subject to a $99/hour late fee.
Abandonment: The RV must be returned to the designated drop-off location. Failure to do so will result in a $4,000 fee or the full cost of transporting/towing the RV to the correct location, whichever is higher.
Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: Towing Strictly prohibited. Overheating, over-speeding (above 65 mph), or operating past the 8-hour daily limit causes severe drivetrain stress and will be classified as driver negligence. In the event of any mechanical issues, notify the owner and RSA immediately, renters shall not attempt repairs or modifications.
