• Return clean and tanks emptied or fees $50 will be applied.
• Use RV-safe toilet paper only.
• No roof access or awning misuse.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Refill propane/ unless pre-paid.
• No off-road or unsafe travel.
• Pull awning closed during windy weather.
