Brand new full mattress, and couch. Comfortable with 1 couple and 1 guest/child, could support 2 people on couches (max total of 4). Plenty of closet and storage. Pet friendly. Please plan to use camp ground or outdoor shower (provided), the shower in the trailer works intermittently.
