At nearly 28 feet she is only 5320lbs dry weight with a max total weight of 7000lbs after cargo, water, etc. Sleeping arrangements include a queen master bed, full size bunks and kitchen table folds down into a full size.Features include microwave, stove and oven as well as an outdoor cooktop for entertaining. AC & Heat. Full bathroom with shower. Instant shade with large electric awning. If your lot is not 100% level, no worries as she has front and back stabilizers. Going biking? Brett was helpful in the setup process and pickup/drop-off times. Seriously cares about your trip and makes himself available while on your camping journey.I would rent from Brett again and already I’m planning a fall trip with Brett.
