4.0The host was very nice and responsive and accommodating. The 5th wheel had some issues with the fridge and AC on our trip. The pillows and bedding were clean and fresh and felt newer but certain aspects of the unit need repair and or updating. Some broken drawers in kitchen (not much like mixing bowl wise, dish washing brush or sponge in the kitchen), outdoor grill either dirty or need replacing, outdoor grill area not in good shape. Mini fridge works wells. Hot water heated quick, surround sound makes a big difference in the main living area, some stains and heavy wear on the carpet in living area and cushions. Kids liked the couch as very smushy , not the couch in the picture. Felt like a huge pillow no support. Overall even with the fridge not working properly the owner drove out to campsite so he could check fuses etc and bring dry ice to help the fridge out which froze up some of the groceries lol but better than them spoiling, camper was pretty good, with a little TLC or updating could be great. Host was great. Comes with a table and chairs to eat outside. Bring lawn chairs for hanging out outside.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
When you set up at a campsite there is usually a pedestal for the power and water is close by. On the same side of the site there is usually a disposal cap for the black water hose as well. After rig is set up take the 50 amp cord and hook it to the power port on the RV, next you plug into the 50 amp plug on power pedestal provided by the park with a surge protector. Next you hook up the blue water hose to the water provided on site. Then you take blackwater hose and attach to the sewer cap.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If you have a 1 ton truck with a fifth wheel hitch you can set up a time to pick up the rig from our location or another. Keep in mind this is a 42ft, 13-8 tall rig weighing 14k lbs. You don't need a CDL, but same laws apply while traveling. It's easy to run over curbs and side swipe stuff if you don't know what your doing. If this is extreme for you, please ask to have it delivered and set up so you can enjoy your trip.
