Rules of the Road
• No smoking or vaping inside the trailer
• No climbing on the roof
• Only RV-safe toilet paper provided may be flushed
• Please return trailer in reasonably clean condition
• No off-road, rough terrain, or logging road use
• Propane is provided at pickup. Guests may either return the propane at the same level received or choose the optional propane prepay add-on for $35 and return at any level.
• Pets are welcome. A pet cleaning fee will be added to all bookings with pets to help keep the trailer fresh and comfortable for all guests. Apply Add on fee
• Dump Fee Policy:
Guests are asked to empty the grey/black tanks before return. If tanks are not emptied, a dump fee will be charged to cover servicing and disposal.

No! The trailer battery powers the lights, water pump, and basic functions off-grid. AC would require either campsite power hookups or a generator, since it uses more power than the battery system alone can support.
