>>>IN Order TO Fully Enjoy This Trailer YOU Need TO BE Hooked UP TO Electric. The trailer has a very small battery that does not last very long. Please contact us first if you will not be hooked up to power.<<<<New and clean. Sleeps 4 Adults comfortably or 2 Adults and possibly 4 small kids. We will approve a well behaved pet. Our 2019 camping trailer is a light 4130lbs (dry tow weight) so pretty easy to tow. Renter must provide towing-capable vehicle (please check towing weight restrictions on your vehicle prior to renting). Renter must also be approved for outdoorsy insurance on our trailer. Towing hookup has sway-bar bracing. Trailer has 1 queen bed, dinette that converts into a full bed, and couch that turns into a full bed. Full bathroom and also has an outdoor shower. Water hose/attachment included. RV includes a TV with DVD player, power awning and outdoor speakers. Heat/Appliances in the trailer run off propane and electric combo. Trailer has 2 full size propane tanks that will be full and will be required to be filled upon dropping off.>>Trailer must be returned fully cleaned inside. Renter is responsible to return trailer with gray and black water tanks completely emptied. A portion of the security deposit will be retained if any of these items are not completed upon return.<<>>>Generator is not included but available for rent with full tank (approximately 12-18 hours run time on full tank)specs
