We had such a great experience with Ivan. Everything was set up for us when we arrived: low lights were on, music was playing and ac was set perfectly. We camp every year with a group of friends, we will definitely reach out to Ivan again for future camping trips. Thank you Ivan.

Everything was great with Ivan until he dropped the rv off at our a site. He asked me to reimburse him for admission and dump fee into state park ( ranger told me he brought in full dirty tanks he needed to dump before dropping off at our site) Sent him the money no questions asked. He left the rv parked where the entrance is all dirt. Went out of my way to purchase an over sized outdoor carpet to keep rv clean for the weekend. Supplies were very limited, no bowls, a few plastic plates and disposable coffee cups. There were no sharp knifes besides plastic knives to cut things. Upon leaving, I cleaned the entire rv and swept my way out, even washed the bunk bed sheets. Ivan then charged me an excessive cleaning fee and started to nickel and dime me which I was appalled by a sponge left in the sink and a little dirt on the floor which was brought in by him walking in the rv taking a video. As a short term rental owner and super host in the business I was completely shocked about all the extra charges.
