Thanks for choosing Tropical RV Adventures for your epic road trip! Here are some essential rules to keep the good vibes rolling and ensure everyone's safety:1. STAY GROUNDED: No climbing or putting anything on the roof.
2. NOTHING GOES ON THE ROOF: Avoid rooftop parties or storage to prevent damage.
3. AWNING ETIQUETTE: Use the awning only when it's calm and you're underneath.
4. HANDS OFF THE AWNING WHEN OPEN: Don't swing, hang, or decorate the awning.
5. FURRY FRIENDS WELCOME: Pets are allowed for a $99 cleaning fee per pet. Big dogs, exotic animals, or cats may be exceptions—ask us!
6. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking and vaping inside the RV are prohibited.
7. CLEAN AND REFUEL: Follow the renter's guide, return the RV clean, and refill fuel and propane. A $300 fee applies if it is not clean.
8. WATCH THE RV HEIGHT: Be cautious of low clearances; avoid drive-thrus and areas under 12 feet.
9. TOLLS AND TOP-OFFS: We'll charge $8 per gallon/pound for fuel or propane refills. Tolls incur a $20 admin fee.
10. EASY ON THE ENGINE: Limit engine idling to 30 minutes; longer idling costs $0.49 per minute. Use the generator to stay cool. You should not drive more than 500 miles daily so you and the engine are not stressed and have unwanted issues.
11. TIRE DUTY: You're responsible for all costs and checking tire pressure.
12. IT'S AN RV, STUFF HAPPENS: Little things and other things can happen. The good thing is we are here to help. No refunds for issues on the road; everything is functional when you depart.
13. RV RENTAL AGREEMENT: Accepting the keys means agreeing to all terms in the rental agreement.
14. ADVENTURE ON: Enjoy your journey—adventure awaits!SAVE MONEY: Following these guidelines helps avoid claims against your security deposit.
