I lovingly name this guy Van Diesel or Van D. He's like a tiny wood cabin on wheels.VanDiesel is a turbocharged Dodge 2500 Promaster 3.0L VanDiesel is equipped with a wastewater tank, freshwater tank, gas range that runs on propane, sink w/faucet, refrigerator and propane heater.The cooking range can be used inside and is also set up so that it extends out of the van for cooking outside if you prefer!There is a solar panel on top that drops down to a battery bank with an inverter that then converts it into usable power where we can plug in iPhones, computers and other electronics.The refrigerator and the pump for the sink are directly tied into the solar panels.
The engine is linked up to the batteries so if it's a foggy or cloudy or rainy day you can still charge the batteries.This van has an incredible amount of thoughtfully built storage underneath the Tempur Pedic queen sized bed and in the cabinets. This bad boy fits a lot of stuff on purpose and by Design.These drawers run the entire length of the van and we've set them up really intentionally so when this van was fully stocked, and loaded we had two bikes, a solo stove rock climbing gear for two people, backpacking gear for two people and an inflatable kayak.Qué incluyeThe van comes with a queen size bed, linens, duvet and pillows. It will have all the kitchen wares for two people to eat and cook. It comes with 2 camping chairs and and a small table.
