Camper is GPS tracked and will incur a 500$ fee if taken to festivals, fairs, tailgating, or kept on private property.Nicknamed "The Woobie", for it's comfort and versatility.If sending a booking request or instant book make sure to send a message. System is not notifying of new request every time.Fully stocked with bedding, towels, and dishes. Enclosed bedroom with queen bed for privacy. Full size bunk beds, Jackknife couch, and fold down dinnete gives the whole family places to sleep.Message with any questions or assistance with reservation.-Factory specs list sleeps 10, I would say 8 comfortable.Can add for fee
