5.0Mike was super-responsive and flexible with pick-up / drop-off times. He gave us a very detailed list of instructions in advance which made using the van's features a breeze, Van is very nice, clean, comfortable for two people. We stayed at a campground and it was easy to hook up electric and water. Would definitely rent from Mike again.

4.0We had a great time on our trip we had basically everything we needed. Had no gloves tho for the emptying of the tanks and another garbage bag but overall bed was comfy and the van ran smooth

No. The 30 gallon fresh water tank will be filled to start your trip. You can refill during your trip as needed. But it is not required to return the van with the fresh water tank tank.
