You'll enjoy the freedom and beauty of the great outdoors while having all the modern conveniences of home, such as a Backup camera, Heater & A/C, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Stove, Oven, kitchen range hood, 50" television wardrobe, Outside kitchen, 19' 8" LED-lit electric patio awning, Overhead bunk with 750 lb. capacity, Oversized 30" x 36" shower. There is a tremendous amount of storage space both inside and outside.
All of your essential electrical, fresh water, and sewage hookups are included.
Don’t forget your linens and kitchen supplies! We offer a linen package and a kitchen convenience package if you prefer. Be sure to check out all of our add-ons to see if you need additional items.
*Cleaning Fee*
-We charge a flat $150 cleaning fee, so you don’t have to worry about it. The fee may seem high, but we personally and completely detail the RV inside and out after every rental, and this fee covers our cost for that. We give you a wonderfully clean and stocked RV.
*Tank Dump/Fill Fees*
-You have a choice here. If there is a convenient dump location on your way back, you can dump the black/grey water tanks yourself. If you prefer to have us do it we will take it to the dump site and only charge $65 fee to cover our cost for the drive to/from the dump site.
-We do ask that you top off the gas/propane tank. If it needs to be filled on return we will charge a $65 service fee for both gas and propane in addition to the lowest local per gallon price we can find. We do have to multiply the fuel cost by 25% to make up for the website commission rate. Most rentals will charge as much as $8-10 per gallon for fuel/propane fill up!
RV Requirements: No smoking, vaping. No Towing with out first e mailing. RV not allowed off road. No beach driving or other non-maintained roads. This RV has the convenience of auto leveling jacks that do not allow the under body clearance for off road use.Recomendacionespick up time 12:00PM
