My experience renting the van was overall positive. Communication was decent, with responses typically within 2-4 hours—though it could have been quicker. The van was spotless upon pick-up, and while there were minor mechanical issues (I believe a blown fuse) upon pick up that wasn't addressed, the listing was accurate. We ultimately chose this van because of the unlimited mileage. The bed topper, pillows, and sheets were surprisingly comfortable! Patrick was a standout—personable, patient, and went above and beyond during check-in to walk us through everything as first-time van users, which made the trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I'd recommend renting from Jason and Patrick and would happily rent from them again! If you’re thinking about renting from them- DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I rented this for a 4 day trip down to the Redwoods. It was our first experience with van life and we can definitely see the appeal! This was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed for a great trip. The vehicle was well maintained and Jason and Patrick were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I am the first renter for this RV. We are a family of four with two small children, and The Winnebago Solis was a fantastic RV for our four day weekend trip! If anyone is looking for an RV that can sleep four, includes a bathroom, and yet still be small enough to park in a normal parking spot, this is your RV. The sleeping arrangements were quite spacious, and there was enough storage for clothing and tools (including crabbing!). Everything necessary was provided, including linens, kettle, and pots/pans/cutlery. The hanging lights were also a big hit for the kids! Jason and Patrick were very responsive before, during, and after our trip with all of the documents that we needed and were quickly available if any issues came up. This is their first experience with Outdoorsy, so all of the minor check-in/check-out glitches will be ironed out for the next renter. I would recommend this RV and this team again!
