2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Cub
Update: As of October 2024 and through April 2025, my trailer is available for rent but it won't have plumbing capability due to the freezing winter temperatures. However, the heat and cooking and refrigeration will still work as will the queen bed. Please allow for a one weeks' advance notice for prepping. -- My Kodiac Cub is a 2021 single axle 21 foot RV that is just right for couples or any two of you on a weekend trip to a sporting event or a relaxing short get away to a national or state park. Business or pleasure, my cub won't let you down.*** (Update as of March 2023: I am upgrading the cooktop, the bathroom ceiling fan, the dinette seat cushions, and the shower curtain-door. I'm also adding some soon to be available add-ons such as a generator, BBQ,, and a fully stocked option as well as destination delivery/set-up/return. Stay tuned and please message me if you have questions/requests.)Qué incluyeEnjoy a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a conveniently tidy kitchen that is stocked with the basics (utensils, dinner ware, cookware), linens, a French press with choice of regular or decaf coffee, sheets, hand towels, cleaning supplies, full campground hook up equipment (water hose, electrical cable, sewer hose), two lawn chairs, a small tarp, and a little something extra as a thank you.RecomendacionesThere are many lakes and state and national parks within driving distance of Post Falls, Idaho. Also good for out of town sporting events for school-aged children, conferences in place of expensive hotels, hunting/hiking base camp, or just a weekend get away for two. Convenient if you're in town or the local area for a job.Otros detalles importantesTowing info: your tow vehicle needs a ball hitch size 2 and 5/16 inch, you need a receptacle for a 7-pin plug, a two inch receiver, and your vehicle should have a 4000 pound towing capacity. If you are new to RVing and or towing, please allow an hour or two for orientation. Contact me if this is the case so I can schedule enough time; ensure your side mirrors extend wide enough to see behind you.

- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 475,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 47,50 €. This fee will cover cleaning, preparing, and sanitizing the unit as well as refilling the propane tanks, any minor repairs, laundry, and basic maintenance and inspections prior to each rental.

Welcome to North Latitude RV Rentals. Established August 2021, the first RV listed for rent in August of 2022 just in time for Labor Day. It's a start. I have plans for a small fleet of RV rentals, a veteran owned small business. Website will come in the near future. I welcome your ideas and suggestions. Tom was the best. He did a great job explaining and going over and above to make our trip and experience a memorable time. The camper was well equipped and had everything we needed. I wish the Outdoorsey web site was easier to navigate. The website was not friendly but when I called almost everyone that I talked with were helpful.

Trailer was perfect for what we needed! Tom was very friendly and even gave us a welcome bag. I would definitely recommend renting through Tom. We will coming back for future trailer needs!

The RV was as described and worked well for our trip! The best part though was Tom. We were left without an RV last minute due to another owner and Tom was awesome! He was such a great person to communicate with, worked with us on delivery timing and was very kind. He is greatly appreciated! Thanks Tom!

We had such a great time camping at The Gorge in the Cub. Tom was so kind and communicative. Couldn’t recommend renting the Cub from Tom enough!
