5.0Great experience renting this trailer. The owner, Shayne, was great - good communication and easy to work with. The trailer was new and clean, and very comfortable for us. Only suggested improvement would be a laminated cheat sheet with "how-to" instructions for those of us new to trailer/RV camping. He gave me a good walkthrough when I picked up the trailer, but it was hard to remember all the details. I mentioned this to Shayne and he said he was already working on it, so that's great. Will be helpful to future renters.
