Dump all gray and black tanks before return, unless you’ve chosen the waste-disposal add-on. 🛑 Driving & Safety No off-road travel (gravel trails, beaches, or unpaved roads). Do not climb on the roof. Maximum speed: 65 mph. RVs require longer stopping distances — drive calmly and enjoy the ride. Ensure all 7 seatbelts are used while in motion. Only licensed drivers (25+ years) approved by Outdoorsy may drive. 🧹 Cleanliness Please return the RV in a tidy condition: Remove trash, wipe down counters, sweep floors. Deep cleaning, linen service, and sanitation are covered by the prep fee, but excessive dirt, pet hair, or spills may incur additional charges. 🕓 Pickup & Return Pickup: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Return: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM Late returns may affect the next guest’s trip, so please communicate any delays early — we’re always happy to help arrange a late-drop add-on if available. 🚐 Accidents or Emergencies If any damage or mechanical issue occurs, contact us immediately.
