NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND OF SUBSTANCE !-
No Smoking or VAPING at all, signs are posted on bathroom door warning you the security deposit is forfeited
IF WE SMELL THE SCENT OF SMOKE INSIDE WE WILL ASSUME YOU DID'NT COMPLY WITH OUR RULES.
this is to insure the safety and quality of the rental for future Guest.
ROOF TOP-
You should never be on the roof of any vehicle we rent during the rental period or before the rental. Don't care if a football is on top or a basket ball this means either your about to break one of my windows or you just to close to the camper playing sports
GPS-
GPS is installed, you are not to go over but stay between 50-60 i will forgive 65 MPH depending on condition "if i see acceleration overage then this Forgiveness wont apply'' . Renter/Driver will then be subjected to a safety violation against our policy for driver road way safety
VIOLATION /SPEEDING
The first incident you get a warning IT WILL NOT BE TEXTED TO YOU. "DOCUMENTED ONLY",
1st- non communication warning
2nd -$50 for subsequent speeding "documented only"
3rd- $150.00 and continues higher "documented only"
You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds or DUI while in the care of rental
Please your safety and family's & pets is more valuable then our rental that can be replaced
You cannot !
If you feel you are not able to drive please notify us and we can assist you in the recovery of our rental due note a surcharge per mile will be added of unknown amount per situation of out come.
