3.0The RV was nice and modern. It was hooked up and ready to go before we arrived. The host, Raesha, was hesitant to provide basic kitchen necessities because of a problem she had with a renter in the past. I understand the hesitancy, but I felt it was unfair to judge our group based on another. Unfortunately we had a freak thunderstorm and a branch damaged the extended awning. I had to spend much of my trip dealing with the problem, even though it was a freak act of nature. The host did not go out of her way to help us and was at times rude, but Outdoorsy, the company itself, was helpful. Other than this unfortunate circumstance, the trip was okay and the RV worked well for what we needed.
