To ensure a safe and smooth experience for all renters, please review and follow these guidelines: 1. Driver Requirements All drivers must be at least 25 years old. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the RV. 2. Driving & Travel Restrictions No off-roading or unpaved roads unless approved in writing. No travel into Mexico or outside the continental U.S. without prior approval. Do not drive in extreme weather conditions (flooded roads, snowstorms, etc.). 3. Speed & Safety Drive no faster than 65 mph. Always wear seat belts and follow traffic laws. Pull over if you're tired—safety first! 4. Campsite & Parking Park only in legal, safe, and appropriate locations. Use leveling blocks and follow campground hookup procedures. Do not leave the RV unattended with the generator or major appliances running. 5. Generator & Battery Use Limit generator use to X hours per day (additional hours may be charged). Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to preserve battery power. 6. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. 7. Pet Policy Pets are [allowed/not allowed]. If allowed, please keep them off furniture and clean up after them. 8. Waste Disposal Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return, unless pre-paid dump service is selected. Never dump waste illegally. Use designated dump stations only. 9. Cleanliness Return the RV in the same condition you received it (inside cleaned, trash removed). A cleaning fee may apply if the RV is excessively dirty. 10. Accidents or Damage Report any damage or accidents immediately. Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
