Minimum renter age of 25At the end of the rental, all trash must be removed from the camper. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied of all items. All linens should be left in a pile in the shower.Pets and smoking are not allowed in the camper. Evidence of unauthorized pets or any smoking will result in a loss of your entire refundable security deposit.The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and any time the camper is left unattended. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings.The camper furnishings are not to be removed from the camper nor relocated outside. Do not bring in any other furnishings, including outdoor chairs, into the camper.RV Toilets are designed for disposal of single ply RV toilet tissue only. Under no circumstances should anything else be disposed of in the toilet. No feminine hygiene products, diapers or wipes.
