We recently rented this RV and, while we enjoyed our trip overall, there were several issues that future renters should be aware of. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the furniture. The couch and dinette bench seats had significant peeling upholstery that was not apparent in the listing photos. The material continuously flaked off onto our clothes, skin, and throughout the RV. I ended up covering the couch and bench seats with sheets just to make them usable, but the peeling continued. I also had to sweep the RV multiple times each day because of the amount of debris. Additionally, the dinette seat cushions would not stay in place and constantly slid down. Overall, the condition of the furniture really took away from the appearance and comfort of the camper. We also experienced several maintenance issues during our stay: * The radio did not work. * Three of the four front air conditioning vents were not blowing air. * Only the main living room TV worked. We tried adjusting the antenna, but none of the other TVs would receive a signal. * The shower was extremely difficult to regulate, with the water alternating between very hot and very cold. * We encountered multiple roaches inside the RV during our stay. None of these issues completely ruined our trip, and we still made the best of our vacation. However, I believe the listing should more accurately reflect the condition of the RV, and several of these maintenance items should be addressed before it is rented again. With some repairs and updated photos, this could be a much better rental experience for future guests.

Very responsive. However. When they sound very nice and say normal wear and tear is okay and they’re not worried about it, do not fall for it, there is a 5 inch problem with trim that’s hardly noticeable and they submitted a insurance claim. The wheel shakes so bad that it’s actually uncomfortable driving, which was noticed one mile from storage, not miles into our trip. The battery system is terrible and only lasts about 2 hours forcing you to use the generator which has limited time. We rented it assuming there’s was an awning, we were told on our arrival the awning was blown off from prior renter.. Also, they broke their own car tow, so that wasn’t an option, when that was brought up we were told car tow isn’t a option for renters anyway. They advertise that they help with travel plans, we were not offered those services one time and we booked several months in advance. Associates they have assisting with return were far from nice. All they have going for them is unlimited miles. But you’ll pay other ways
