Everything, plus the kitchen sink, is included in the rental:
30 amp. service to power a/c, heat, the fridge and freezer, a microwave, and hot water. Also included at no extra charge are camping chairs, a folding table, an outdoor rug, bedding, pillows, bath towels, dishes, utensils, dish soap and sponge, a bread toaster and drip coffee maker, and paper towels & septic safe toilet paper.
The total package cost, not including refundable damage deposit and taxes, for a 3-night minimum rental is $1,150.00. This fee includes everything: $175/night, $250 for professional cleaning services, two full propane tanks for $100, $75 dump fee, and $200 for delivery, set-up, and retrieval anywhere within 50 miles of Quincy, WA. The rate for delivery, set-up, and retrieval beyond the 50-mile radius is $4 a mile, roundtrip. Of course we're pet friendly for an additional $150 per pet fee. The security/damage deposit which is refundable provided there's no damage to the unit and all items are returned is $650.00. Additional nights are charged at a rate of $175/night. 5.0Dexter was great! We rented the RV since we were camping with our 7 month old for the first time and traveling from Florida. We wanted to make sure he had a safe place to sleep, a safe way to store his milk and cool down if he needed. Everything was great. Fridge was perfect, generator let us run the AC when we needed it and it was easy to cook in. They had everything you needed. We’re very thankful! They even came out on the day we arrived to show us how everything worked. They messaged me often saying they live close by and can bring anything we need. Before the booking they were quick to respond and answered all of my questions.

5.0Host delivered and set up the RV at the gorge and made it very easy for us especially since my group and I were all traveling from out of state. Host was very communicative and fast to respond to any issues/questions. The RV was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We would definitely rent from them again if we came back!
