This 28 ft trailer (33' with tongue) is very spacious and comfortable inside with a lot of storage in the belly compartments. There is plenty of sleeping room with a queen size bed, 2 full size bunks, a sofa sleeper, and dinette sleeper. It is also very easy to tow due to its light weight. It weighs about 6,200 lbs before it is loaded with all of your camping toys. Outdoor speakers are great for the entire family. No Smoking allowed in trailer.Weight distribution hitch and anti sway bar provided as well for vehicle.The slide out gives you great additional room in the living and dining areas.Trailer comes with two full propane tanks. They must be returned full or renter will be charged $50. For those dry camping, we also provide a generator at no additional cost.**Delivery Available Upon Request FOR A FEE TO BE Determined**Empty Gray Water and Black Water Tanks: $20 if not returned emptyBroom clean Interior including dishes: up to a $100 cleaning fee if not returned broom cleaned or has smoke smell. All bedding and bathroom towels are provided and will be cleaned by us. Your responsibility is just the dishes, garbage, and a wipe/sweep of the floor and tables.**Pets allowed for an additional $10 per pet, per day. There will be an additional $150 pet deposit on top of the damage deposit, that will be refunded if trailer is returned and cannot tell there was a pet in the trailer.
