All new Spacious Thor Chateau- 31 W - very low miles, with all bells and whistles ready to camp.
One full long slide gives additional space and lots of closets for additional storage makes you feel home. Jeep Wrangler (Yellow) with towing system installed available at $59 per day if needed for local rides at camping spot. Our size RV is suggested to list at $350/night to include 100 miles per day.
We priced low to make it perfect for people who don’t go on long trips(cross country). All additional miles will be 0.59c/mile.
You can add insurance coverage according to your carrier(Allstate, Farmers, Good Sam etc) or buy RVshare insurance coverage.RV Experiences & Tips:** Firstly RV'ing deals with patience, please be prepared to research and learn. ** Would highly recommend to stay nights in an RV park/state park(away from city ~$35-50/night) with all hookups, if you plan to stop by overnight in a lot it would cost more for Gas & Generator than RV park. Smart choice is having hookups.
** RV will be safe to drive within 65mph speed. Applying break gets very dangerous as its heavy moving home with moving parts in kitchen, fridge, bathroom.** Drive not more than 300-400 miles per day to avoid engine overload. Take breaks.
* Slides can move out only when RV is parked and leveling jacks are down. Plz keep kids away from any operations.

* Only use bathroom when water hookup/supply is available. Flush with enough water to avoid clogging. Use special easy dissolve RV toilet paper. Flush one dissoluble tablet for 40 gallon black tank.

Our overall experience with the RV was ok, but the experience dealing with the owner was very stressful. It is a trap where the owner offers a low price but then charges extra for everything from miles to gas to generator hours, propane tank, cleaning, etc. This was our first time renting the RV, and before we even rent it, he made it very stressful by reminding us about how new his RV is, and he doesn't want us to drive much further than 10 miles a day . We did everything to follow his instructions by dumping all the waste, cleaning the RV. Still, when we returned it, somehow the septic tank treatment tablet got stuck on the side and for which he made us go to the nearest RV ground for another dump; otherwise, he would have charged $ 140. Overall, not worth the pain you have to go through with this owner for saving few bucks; I would rather go with an all-inclusive package and pay extra.

Very sorry to say this, but this renter is the worst one we had so far. This experience made us regret about the idea of renting our RV overall. I have clearly mentioned to watch youtube videos on how to use an RV before pickup being a first timer and they came with no research. When I'm giving them walk-through of how to level jacks and slides they don't have patience to listen completely. Rushed through the process. Right infront of me he was pulling gear incorrectly without pushing the break properly. At this moment we felt insecure to rent our new RV to this person, who doesn't even care to understand how to use as a first timer. Hey, RV'ing is a life style and deals with lot of patience. Not everyone's cup of tea. When it comes to return it was a mess (should've expected by the way they treated RV at pick up). The compartment which holds the black and grey water tanks is flooded with toilet stuff with horrible smell as they didn't dump it properly. This is nasty and disgusting! Not acceptable. Can't imagine to open the compartment again. Have posted pictures to outdoorsy. We have to send it to RV service center to get that fixed. Instead of being sorry for handling without care, renter is very adamant to play the game in reverse. Making it worst! I doubt the renter will even try to realize what they did. They set a bad example of who they are. We feel sad with this experience. After this experience it made us think not to rent RV especially to these kind of people who don't keep it clean and be responsible. Its challenging to figure out what kind of renter we are getting into.

The RV is in excellent condition except for some issues with the readings on the levels of the black water thank. The jeep is a must have, if yo don't have your own small car...and towing system.
The owners quickly and pleasantly responded to any questions/concerns.
A 4-start because at the end there was a lot of confusion as to how much we owed. We ended up paying more than what I thought was owed.
