-We offer delivery and pick up services within a specified radius for an additional fee. Self pick up is always free.
-We also offer a full service option where we drop off and set up for your stay then tear down and drive home when you are finished. This is an additional fee service that may be negotiated beforehand and dependent on location and availability.
-All damage (tire damage, window, upholstery, paint, damage to any of the included items, etc.) is the responsibility of the renter.
-Normal pick up and drop off is anytime between 9am - 6pm the day due. This is also negotiable, if discussed and agreed to beforehand.
-Both gas and propane tanks must be returned full as they were delivered to you. Additional fees apply should you forget or would like us to do it for you.
-Grey and black water tanks must be emptied prior to drop off. Additional fees apply should you forget or would like us to do it for you.
-Regarding the cancelation policy, if you cancel your trip for any reason 5 days or fewer before the start of your trip, you will forfeit 25% of the booking total PLUS the prep fee of $250.

5.0Frm the moment of booking, the line of communication was open, esp with inquiries, the return responses were quick, their motorhome was in excellent condition for over 400 mile round trip for camping. Daniel and Amber are in my Super Host category!!!

5.0This is our very first RV trip and Daniel was very helpful, communicative and patient with us during the process. We had a lot of questions! He even gave me a driving lesson before we took off. His class A motorhome is very modern and easy to use. I felt a smug sense of superiority with my automatic leveling when our campsite neighbors were fiddling with their manual leveling haha. Highly recommended!
